Delivery Policy

Welcome to Coe Aesthetics Wholesale, where we prioritize delivering your orders efficiently while ensuring product quality, specifically in terms of expiry dates. Our delivery configurations are crafted to meet diverse customer needs, whether you are ordering from within the UK or internationally. Below, you will find detailed explanations of our delivery processes and policies:

Product Expiry Dates:

We strive to ensure that the products you receive have the longest possible expiry dates. Many item have upto 18+ months before they expire. Items with 3 months or less to expiry are classified as “short-dated stock.” Should you require products with longer expiry dates, please consult with our customer service team by emailing [email protected] or calling +447402909514 before placing your order to check on the available stock expiry dates.

Delivery Timings and Couriers:

UK Orders:

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before our designated cut-off time will be dispatched by the next working day, aiming for NEXT WORKING DAY delivery, subject to stock availability.
  • Post Cut-Off Time Dispatch: Orders received after the cut-off time will be dispatched on the following working day.

Couriers Used:

  • Royal Mail: We utilize Royal Mail 24/48hr Tracked for all UK shipments, which includes Saturday as a working day.
  • DPD: Our choice for deliveries to the EU and Far East, with an estimated delivery window of 2-4 working days for EU countries and 3-7 working days for the Far East.
  • UPS / Parcel Force: Employed for deliveries to regions not serviced by DPD, with a typical delivery timeframe of 3-7 working days globally.

 

Tracking and Notifications:

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email and a text message with a tracking number for your consignment. These notifications are typically sent in the afternoon once all packages have been organized, packed, and processed.

International Orders:

  • Import Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that all import duties and taxes incurred when importing our products are the responsibility of the customer. Coe Aesthetics Wholesale does not calculate or estimate these costs.
  • Brexit Impact: Deliveries to the EU may encounter delays due to current regulatory changes and customs clearances, which are beyond our control.

Amendments to Delivery:

Customers are accountable for any modifications that may impact the delivery schedule (e.g., change of address or delivery time). Any errors resulting from such changes fall under the customer’s responsibility.

Wholesale Orders:

If you wish to place a large order, contact our customer service at [email protected] Please note that wholesale orders are not refundable once processed, as these involve bespoke stock arrangements. Wholesale orders do not qualify for free delivery, and it is recommended that customers arrange their own collection once orders are ready.

Issues with Orders:

  • Missing/Incomplete Orders: Should your order arrive incomplete, immediately contact our customer service within 2 working days of receipt. Include your ORDER ID and any relevant proof to facilitate the resolution process.
  • Cold Chain Deliveries: The customer is liable for any failed deliveries, including those not collected from designated pick-up points. Returns of cold chain items are not accepted unless the items are faulty upon delivery.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels:

In the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost or undelivered, please contact us without delay at [email protected]. Include as much detail as possible, including the ORDER ID. Claims should be initiated within 14 days from the dispatch date. An investigation with our courier will take place, which can take up to 6-10 working days.

Special Note on Hotel / Apartment Deliveries:

For deliveries to non-traditional addresses such as hotels or apartment blocks, we cannot take responsibility if the item goes missing after being signed for by the reception on your behalf. It is your duty to coordinate with the reception team to locate your items.

Order Splits Containing Pre-Orders:

When part of your order is on pre-order, we ship the available items immediately. Separate charges apply for the shipment of pre-order items once available. No refunds are offered for shipping costs if an order contains a pre-order.
