Returns Policy:

Conditions for Accepting Returns:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and undamaged, except in cases where the product is faulty.
- Returns must be intact, with no damage incurred during transit back to us unless the product is faulty.
- A “Customer Returns Form” must be obtained from us prior to returning the product. Refunds will not be issued without authorization from our customer service team.
- No returns will be accepted after 5 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds:

International and EU Returns:
